HR Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Collecting employment and tax information
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Administering new employment assessments
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Providing administrative support at the HR department
  • Participating in other HR activities, such as contracts and labour issues
  • Providing personnel reports to team managers

Required Skills 

  • BSc in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of Labor & Insurance legislation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • ERP knowledge (Pylon-Epsilon Net) will be considered an asset
  • Familiarization with information system ERGANI
  • Fluency in English and Greek (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Team player with empathy and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible, open-minded and receptive attitude
